Updates
Health: Feeling much better. Tests came back negative for everything excpet anemia. So, bring on the spinach and who knows what else is wrong with me. I did break my toe this week (walked in my vacuum) but after everything else, it was like, ‘What? Is that all?”
Kids: Crazy, crazy, crazy. Jonas is bored with summer vacation, bored with his under the weather mom, and Magge is bored with him. School starts in 17 days, thank the heavens!
Chris: Just got a one year special duty assignment to be on the Honor Gaurd here at Travis. So- this means we are stuck here for another year, but he can’t deploy. I’m interested in what his schedule will be. He will be doing a lot of funerals.
Maggie got a new Tinkerbell outfit courtesy of a learning experince with Jonas. He decided to give an unflattering haircut and dress redesign to her Ariel doll, and although she didn’t care, I made him do chores all day to earn money to take her out and buy her a new toy. This is her, after a valient attempt to fly, saying, “My wings don’t work!” Hee hee.
So- that’s the news. Basically.

Wow. I can’t believe how big she has gotten. And so cute

She’s so cute! I’m glad you make Jonas take responsibility - they’ll both grow up to extraodrinary human beings because of you!
I’m glad you tested negative for all those awful things - even if anemia isn’t fun! Remember to eat oranges after your spinach - your body will absorb th eiron better with vitamine c.
Hugs.

I am so glad you are feeling better. Is all the mouth pain gone now? Did they actually fix it? That is nice that Chris can’t be deployed! Hope things continue to go up!

That face is a classic!! Really wanted to share this one: my son, Charlie (8) had been playing in the garden in our pool (blow up variety, don’t want to sound too grand!) making those disgusting yet rather clever armpit farts, y’know the kind, phruttt, parp, etc etc. Anyhoo, he suddenly stops and says to me, “Go on Mummy, have a go!” “No thanks, ” says I, “I’m 35″…….
“Go on..it’ll make you feel younger” replys he, with absolute sincerity….he’s probably right! …all the best, Lisa the librarian x
