The Husband: He Never Misses A Beat

Chris had to work this weekend and weekend duty always makes me a little bitter. Saturday morning as he was trying to get out the door to a funeral we had this exchange:

L: I don’t think you’re going to work. I think you’re off to see your lover.

C: Well it’s been awhile and he misses me.

I laughed about it every time I missed him, which means I laughed a lot this weekend.

  3. You know, the dialogue between you and him is great. It makes me laugh everytime I think about the car one…now I have a new one to chuckle about. :) Just one of the reasons I miss you guys.

  4. I just came upon your blog today and have been going through and looking at all of your scrapbooking pages..they are wonderful! Love it! While looking through your archives I also ran across the pictures of you wearing a baby sling that you made and would LOVE the instructions on how to make one for myself! Is this possible?
