And Then She Was Four
I know every mother says this, but it really doesn’t seem possible. In my head she’s this little thing with wispy hair and tons of baby chub, but in reality she’s a big girl with skinny legs and a surprising vocabulary. She had a major princess party yesterday with a bunch of little girls all dressed up. We did princess make overs and ate princess cake and opened gifts and had a lovely time.
But I still see this baby I brought home from the hospital three days before Christmas.
And this tiny little girl on her blessing day.
And the cheeks with the little hair fountains.
And that ever present pacifier.
And all the bliss and joy that she has brought into my life.
From this. . .
to this. . .
Wow.
Happy Birthday Magpie.

She’s such a cutie!! Four years go by fast..Happy birthday to your cute daughter!

Your Maggie is gorgeous. My Ellie will be five in March. Isn’t it amazing how fast time flies. I still miss the baby she used to be but I adore the girl she’s become.

What a beautiful post. I hope you don’t mind; I am going to do something similar for my baby girl who turns 10! today. How is it possible. I no longer have any children in the single digits. Tell your beautiful princess that the Paddocks in South Carolina wish her the happiest of birthdays.

They grow up so fast, don’t they? I feel like I’ve just blinked, and now mine are preteens and teenagers.
Just popped over from inspireME to check out your sweet blog. So glad I did.

Happy Birthday to your daughter and such sweet pics! My oldest, Zoe, was born on Dec 17, 2002. She just turned 6 on Wednesday and she is an amazing 6-yr-old girl now. She tries my nerves many days, but she is such an interesting girl with a lot of love for life.
